While physical products purchased from Eva Pohler Books cannot be returned, any that arrive damaged can be replaced. To request a replacement for a damaged product (including print books), send a photo of the damage to eva@evapohler.com within thirty days of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot replace damaged products purchased from other stores, such as Amazon. You would need to make your request to the vendor you purchased from.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Ebooks and audiobooks purchased from Eva Pohler Books come with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you do not enjoy the ebook or audiobook purchased from this store, email us within thirty days of your purchase at eva@evapohler.com explaining what you did not enjoy about the story, and we will refund you your money. Please note that we cannot refund digital products purchased from other stores, such as Amazon. But anything digital purchased from us comes with a 100% money-back guarantee.
